Hypnotherapy 

We are excited to be adding Hypnotherapy to our services soon. Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation to create a focused state of awareness, helping you access your inner resources and make positive changes.

It can be especially effective for habits, phobias, stress, and confidence-building. By working with both the conscious and subconscious mind, hypnotherapy offers another powerful way to support growth and healing.
